I have been telling everyone about Ashley and her program. I have shared with them my story, journey and I have told them that if they are serious about transforming their life, Ashley will guide them through it.” - Allen Dale Mitchell Jr. - USFS Captain Groveland Hotshots

“I spent many years in traditional therapy attempting to get to the core of my trauma. I never felt comfortable to tell the truth, to go into my childhood to reach deep into the soul and share the darkness that had once troubled me. I did not know how to be honest nor did I know how to be vulnerable. I was tired of talking about the same issue week after week and re-living the trauma. I wanted to dive deeper into the brain, release the trauma, while gaining tools to help through this process.

There were several problems that I got the help to solve. I was molested as young child. It was from 5-7 years old. I carried this secrete for 32 years. I did not realize how much this had affected my life, my relationships and how much this played into my drinking and drug use. When I finally spoke to this issue, I was told that it was just an excuse. Then when I was attending traditional therapy it seemed as if we just kept discussing the same issue and reliving the trauma. This trauma with childhood trauma and being raised in broken homes with drinking, yelling and physical abuse at times lead me down a path of two failed marriages, having to leave my daughter, alcohol and drugs do that I did to feel emotions as well as three times I had a pistol to my head wanting to take my life. The third time that I had the pistol in hand and ready to do it, I also threatened a spouse’s life. That was when I knew that I had hit my personal rock bottom and it was time to reach out and get real help to help me feel and control my emotions without alcohol and drugs. What I wanted out of this was to be able to sooth myself. Something that I never had as a kid. To have tools to love myself and be content with myself in all aspects of my mind, body and soul.

Yes, I was looking for tools. I know that I have to do the work and that I have to make the changes. I did not know going into this that the main tool that I have been searching for has been there the whole time. It is my unconscious brain…….”

“Ashley has it all - empathy, skills, experience, natural talent and exquisite kindness. She recently guided me through a difficult but ultimately life-changing (for the better) period of growth and change. She helped me to hone a new vision, identify and remove blockages to growth, kept me accountable during the process, and presented myriad new resources and tools when my own skill set was lacking. I am grateful and happy in my current situation and secure in the knowledge that Ashley is there for future challenges. I can’t thank her enough.”
